Very happy and satisfied with this business from the first phone call until after our appointment. I called another lice salon and the lady I talked to was very unpleasant and unhelpful on the phone. Ended up calling Rapunzels and on the phone they made me feel so comfortable and were so kind during such a stressful situation. I scheduled an appointment for my family of 5. Jen saw us and was very kind and thorough. She answered all of our questions and helped us with preventative measures for the future.
